Do I need to send a physical product?
No. Everything is created digitally using 3D and AI tools. Just share your product photos or existing listing and we'll handle the rest.
What tools do you use?
We work with industry-standard tools including Blender and Adobe Creative Suite, combined with the latest AI tools like Google Veo 3 and ElevenLabs to deliver studio-quality results for every project.
Are there any refunds?
No refunds on one-time projects. For retainer subscriptions, a full refund is available within 48 hours of subscribing if no work has been started.
How does the retainer work?
Subscribe, get access to your dedicated client dashboard, and start submitting requests. We work through them one by one. Unlimited revisions until you're happy, then we move to the next one.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make on the retainer?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Can I pause or cancel my retainer?
Yes — you can pause or cancel anytime. Just reach out and we'll take care of it. Unused days are saved for when you're ready to resume.
